I started my journey in the trucking industry at just 20 years old, not in an office, but on the road as a truck driver. Those early years shaped everything that came after. I experienced the real pressures drivers face every day: tight schedules, breakdowns, difficult brokers, and the constant need to stay efficient and profitable. That perspective is something you simply can’t learn from a textbook and it’s the foundation of everything I teach today.
After gaining that firsthand experience, I transitioned into freight dispatching, where I spent 5 years mastering the operational side of the business. I learned how to find the right loads, negotiate with brokers, manage multiple trucks, and solve problems in real time. Dispatching taught me how to think fast, stay organized under pressure, and make decisions that directly impact profitability.
Wanting to understand the industry from every angle, I then moved into freight brokerage for 2 years. This gave me a completely different perspective-how brokers think, how pricing really works, and what happens behind the scenes in load negotiations. That knowledge became a powerful advantage, allowing me to operate more strategically and with greater control.
I continued expanding my expertise with 3 years in supply chain operations, where I developed a deeper understanding of logistics on a larger scale, how freight moves across systems, how delays happen, and how to optimize efficiency across the entire chain. Alongside that, I spent 2 years in sales, building strong communication skills, learning how to close deals, and creating long-term business relationships skills that are essential for anyone who wants to grow in this industry.
Today, I run a dispatch company based in Sheridan, Wyoming, with a team of over 30 professional dispatchers handling daily operations across the U.S. trucking market. We manage real trucks, real drivers, and real challenges every single day.
What makes this training different is simple: everything you will learn comes from real-world experience. I’ve been on every side of this industry-from driver to dispatcher, broker, and business owner. I understand what works, what doesn’t, and what actually matters when you’re building a career in logistics.
This isn’t just theory, it’s a proven path. And my goal is to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step into this industry and succeed from day one.

Trained
When the journey into dispatching began, there was no structured path. No mentor who had actually done the work. No training built from real operational experience. Just trial and error , expensive, slow, and lonely.
Hub Dispatch Academy was built to change that. Everything taught here comes directly from 13+ years of living inside this industry, not studying it from the outside. Not reading about it. Actually doing it, every day, at scale.
The academy isn't theoretical framework. It's operational playbooks, the exact processes, scripts, strategies, and systems used to build and run a dispatch company with over 30 active dispatchers across the U.S. market today.
The goal is simple: give every student the dispatch education, skills, and confidence to step into this industry and succeed from day one, without spending years making mistakes that someone else already made for them - and position themselves for a career where experienced dispatchers can earn $70,000 to $100,000+ annually.

📈
Built to Scale
Training goes beyond getting your first load - it covers how to build a real dispatch business that grows.
You Learn What Brokers Are Actually Thinking. Having spent 2 years as a freight broker means teaching how brokers calculate margins, where they have flexibility, and exactly which pressure points move them - knowledge most dispatchers never access.
You Train with Systems That Run 30 Trucks Today The SOPs, scripts, and processes taught are actively running inside a live dispatch company. This isn't archived knowledge - it's what's working in the current market, right now.
You Understand the Driver's Reality
The best freight dispatchers protect their carriers because they understand what drivers actually go through. That empathy - built from years behind the wheel - makes for better communication, lower turnover, and stronger carrier relationships.
